Ticket Terms and Condition of Sale

• In the event of a cancelled presentation or a presentation that has to be abandoned part way through, we will not be liable for any additional expenses, however caused.

• The liability of Doncaster Camera Club is limited to the face value of the ticket.

• Ticket holders are advised to check the Doncaster Camera Club website for last minute changes before travelling.

• We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to your personal property whilst at the venue.

• Cars are parked entirely at the owners risk, claims for loss or damage will not be considered.

• If you arrive later than the advertised start time you may be asked to wait until a suitable break, which may be the interval, before taking your seat.

• Mobile phones, pages and digital watches must be switched off at all times during the presentation.
